Please Help With Spanish Essay

Hi I need help with this spanish essay. It is suppose to be a short essay on convincing students to learn a foreign language. I think it should be in the usted form since I am convincing people I don't know? I am getting a little stuck and I think there is a lot of grammar problems (its only spanish 2 so it doesn't need to be anything crazy good). Please Help!

This is what I am trying to say: To learn a foreign language helps you with your career choices. Foreign languages expose you to different cultures (ie. fashion, literature, music, and film). It helps you to become a better listener and improve communication. Learning a language will help expand study abroad options and helps you make many new friends. Moving to a new country is easier when if you know the foreign language.

This is what I wrote so far: Para aprender una leguna extranjera le ayuda con sus opciones de carrera. Legunas extranjeras que exponen a las diferentes culturas (ie. la moda, y la literature, y la música, y el cine). Le ayuda a ser un mejor oyente y mejorar la comunicación. Aprender una leguna le da más opciones de estudio en el extranjero y hacer muchos nuevos amigos. Mudarse a un nuevo país es más fácil si usted sabe la lengua extranjera.

If your on spanish 2 and I know this two well I as I did that when I learnt that a year ago just stick simple your trying to complicated, try simple structures and easy conjunctives like pero (but) or something like Ademas (in addition) to join simple sentences you will find it easier as this paragraph looks like it has just been translated online, get info. From your writing gramatica book, if you have one basically your class book and try a listos book 2 and 3 in future for help. this will just help you in future instead of turning to the Internet for advice. I know this all to well as I am doing yr. 11 gsce Spanish, it's easier only to use small sentences and words for online and try to use your work you've done in class.
