Anyone know what it means?

I can't find it in the dictionary. I saw it today in the municipal office that handles land dealings: building permits, property taxes, valuations, etc.

It was printed several times so I know the spelling is correct.

Isabis y Avaluos. As a sign on a window where you go to process paperwork.

That makes perfect sense. Thanks. I never would have got there. Real Property Taxes are called Impuestos Predial. But a real property tax on acquisitions is something different. Thanks. - gringojrf, Feb 8, 2014

Also with my linear mind I didn't even think about acrynims (sp?) - gringojrf, Feb 8, 2014
