I assume you are fluent in English - perhaps you would like to complete your profile. As it ends in 'a' it refers to a female, but there are two meanings one academic and one to do with talking too much. It would help if you added the sentence where you found it. You can try the site dictionary/translator too. I or someone else will respond if you are able to provide more information.

El bachillerato?

En España es una enseñanza post- obligatoria, impartida normalmente desde que el alumno tiene 16 años, tras haber obtenido la ESO (Educación Secundaria Obligatoria), de carácter preuniversitario y de dos cursos de duración.

Una bachillera:

Una mujer de mala educación. ( a noisy, rude, over-familiar woman, I think)
