Looking for a latino man

hola,
I am a 37 year old african american female and it is very hard to find latino men in my area (hampton roads virginia). i have tried dating sites, latino spots, etc. but it is very hard. i know some spanish and i am pretty familiar with the culture. i have dated latino men all my life, but it just seems that since i have been back in the dating game (i.e. legally separated) i have lost touch. can you give any suggestions? gracias,
