Subjuntivo en las preguntas.

Hola,

No ya he ententido cuando y como usamos el subjuntivo con las preguntas. ¿Hay las mismas reglas que usamos normalmente?

¿Hay alguien aqui que me ayude?

When a question has a governing verb of influence in the first clause you would need the subjunctive in the second clause, just like you do in statements. But as you can see the question part is in the indicative so the second clause a 'whole 'nother kettle of fish' as the say.

¿Quieres que Juan coma la hamburguesa?

Do you want Juan to eat the hamburger?

but if it's just a straight basic questiom, just one clause then you can use the indicative.

¿Está comiendo Juan una hamburguesa?

Is John eating a hamburger?

When the question has two clauses and the first one uses an impersonal expression then the question is in the indicative and the dependent clause will again use the subjunctive, this follows the same pattern as the statement.

Q ¿Es necesario que vaya hoy?

Do you need to go today?

Statement - Es necesario que vaya hoy. You need to go today.

I'm not sure if those examples are what you were looking for.

I don't think there's any set rule but each question would have to be looked at for itself.
