I've tried to find a good translation out there, but it seems like there isn't a good one. Does anyone know what "prude" would be in Castilian Spanish?

Mojigato, puritano, beato o santurrón, depende un poco del tipo de mojigatísmo.

Prude can be both an adjective and a noun in English and means: a person who is excessively proper or modest in speech, conduct, dress, etc. It is usually used to refer to a female who has proper or old-fashioned attitudes concerning sex.

Possible Spanish translations: mojigato, gazmoño, puritano

If you are using any of these words to refer to a woman, change the "o" at the end of the word to an "a".

If using the word as an adjective, be sure that the gender and number agree with the noun being used.
