I want to say Creo que soy el que menos la conoce. I think it is: I think I am the one who knows her the less. Is correct to say the less?

Hmmm en primer lugar sería 'least' en vez de 'less', quizas pueda decir ... I think I know her the least (out of everyone)', aún así, no sé porque pero todavía eso me suena un poco raro. Quizas sería mejor cambiarla para decir algo como - I don't know her as well as the others', o 'I haven't had a chance to get to know her very well (yet)', or 'I don't really know her very well'. ¿Qué le parece?

I think I am the one who knows about her the least. Pieno que soy el que conoce menos de ella.

I believe I am the one who knows her the least. Creo que yo el que la conoce menos.
