Maybe it's : sales con esto: You go away with this// you take this away.

Without context I can't do any better.

I think Annie has the right translation: sales con esto, which is a common idiomatic phrase but only in certain contexts, ie: Cada vez que te llamo, sales con esto de que estás enferma y no puedes salir conmigo (Every time I call you, you come up with this thing of you´re sick and you can´t go out with me).

You should know that because this phrase is idomatic it doesn´t translate word for word. Also when these phrases are presented misspelled and without any context, a lot of confusion is created.
