En Español:Ir directo al asunto

In English: Get to the point - do not prevaticate or waffle. We have an expression - stop pussyfooting around. Can also emphasise, get straight to the point [directo al grano] to the heart of the matter.

Maria es una mujer muy directa, no se da rodeos, siempre va al grano.

Maria is a very straightforward woman, she doesn't mess around, she always gets straight to the point.
