Site Bug: Strange 'return false' error

I am not sure whether this happens with anyone, but I have noticed something slightly off with the site's navigation system. Could be a bug.
The following pictures will be able to describe the problem better than I can.

Hi HCA. Try sending this to feedback. They should be able to repair or at least let you know something about it.
