Pues eso, que no es lo mismo "echo" que "hecho", Echo es "throw" y hecho es "Done" (Lo echo del local - El trabajo ya esta hecho) "Echo"es del verbo "Echar" y "hecho" es del verbo "Hacer"

yo diferencio = I differentiate
echo (I throw)
de echar (of the verb echar)
de hecho (from the verb hecho - I make)
de hacer (of the verb hacer)
