10k, 50k, 100k celebrations??
I notice that sometimes there are threads on the website about people getting a certain number of points. I was just wondering if this is done for everyone or if only certain people get recognized? Can anyone post something saying congratulations if we notice that someone got a certain number of points? Is it weird to comment on a congratulations post for someone you don't know? What are the rules? I am just wondering and hoping someone can explain it to me. I would like to tell people congratulations but don't want to break any rules.

Hello Jefe, I'll try to answer.
If you notice that someone has reached 10,25,50 or 100k you can send a PM to Rac1 or Bandit to inform them (they are moderators).
There should be a congratulation post for everyone, but I'm not sure there are enough volunteers to make all the threads.
Of course you can congratulate to anyone, we are all here to learn languages; through learning and posting answers, comments, etc... we are knowing each other better (keep in mind that this is not site like facebook or some other site where you can post your personal things

Also, you can volunteer in making congratulations threads.
- I hope you can understand my English ;- )
How to PM (private message):
Go to "More" -> then "Users" from the blue toolbar.
I think all of the site moderators are on the first or second page of users. Click their profile.
At the bottom of their profile you will see "send message". Click and write.
You can also find them on many of the threads and you can just click on their name to go to the profile.
