You have your personal messages settings set to "off".
I did receive your photos! Thanks so much!
How to set the personal message.
If you'll go to your profile page, by your username is a link (Edit), click there. Scroll down the page and you'll see:
Allow Private Messages (?)
Check the box and click on the Update Profile button.
Now your settings are set to receive personal messages. This is a choice of course!

I did it. Why do we have to do this?
In case someone wants to ask/tell you something that he/she doesn't want everyone else to see. Or if the moderators want to get in touch with you. It's just a helpful tool.
