Please How do I tell someone "I am busy and can´t be bothered to be messed about" in the most clear but polite way. Thanks.

I'm not really sure where you are from, or if English is not your first language, but to me the English version doesn't sound right so I would first change it to something like, "I am busy, so please don't bother me" There are many ways to express this in Spanish, here are a few of them:
Estoy ocupado/a, no me digas por favor
Estoy ocupado/a no me molestes por favor
Estoy ocupado/a no me fastidies por favor
Estoy ocupado/a no me jodas
I believe that the first would be the most polite. When using the last one be careful. In some countries it is completely acceptable, while in others it is very offensive. No matter what, I would only use it with people I knew really well.
I'm going to assume you are trying to say "I am busy and can´t be bothered" this translates to " Estoy ocupado, porfavor no quiero ser molesdado"
