Sorry I was not clear, I mean how can I write that, I know the spoken language is totally different to the written smile thanks again

Uh, that's a figure of speech I use a lot. "That's how I'd say it" always means "That's how I'd write it", at least for me. But then again, I am weird and an ice cream. - Helado_eclectico, Jan 10, 2014

That's how I'd say something, though I am not 100% that you are saying that in the Spanish sentence above.

EDIT: Actually, I'd personally just say:

This is because these matters interest me greatly.

Short, succinct and gets the meaning across.
