Why those two sentences? How to correct them?
¿Dónde trabajas usted? Laura vives en Bogotá, en Colombia.
1 Answer
It's ¿Dónde trabaja usted? Laura vive en Bogotá, en Colombia.
Usted: trabaja. You shouldn't add the s to the formal way.
If you use tu: You must add the s.
(always)
Usted: NO S
Tu: with S
:D
And for third person Laura (she) You shouldn't add the s. That's just in english.
In third person you never add the s.
For example: ¿Dónde trabaja usted? (in formal way -usted- you don't use s after the verb) ¿Dónde trabajas tu? (in informal way you must add the s after the verb)
