I was searching for 'what a relief' and I found a lot of results - but I don't know why, but 'me alivio' keeps running around in my head.
Would you say this? Or is Qué alivio my only hope?

Using aliviarse, the pronomial form, means to ease the pain. So yes you can say ¡Me alivio! but to refer to pain, not relief as in worry.
Using alivio, the noun as Annie says works better.
