What does "Medigas" mean in Spanish?

"Me digas" is a two word phrase in Spanish which literally means "(you) tell me".

However, it is much more common to hear "No me digas" which is a phrase literally meaning "Don't tell me" but may also be interpreted as "You don't say" or "I don't believe it".
