Checking and help on a sentence

Question

Dudo que vaya a volver a Cornwall - to say I doubt that I will return to Cornwall

And

Voy a ir sola por avion - I am going to go alone by plane?

is this right?

The first one where you say, "Dudo que..," is how I would say it too, being that you followed it by the subjunctive form of "ir"...bien hecho; and the second, likewise, I would say similarly- only with "solo" instead, for obvious reasons.

Not too sure about the first sentence, however I believe 'Voy a ir sola por avión' is correct.

This one is actually a little "over my head." but, I think "I doubt that I will ever return to Cornwall" would be translated as "Dudo que alguna vez volviere a Cornwall." Or perhaps "nunca" could be used. The aces here will know.
