Amorcito if it is a male, or amorcita if it is a female.

We also say: Mi reina (to women), mi vida, mi tesoro, and even corazón.

Novio(a) would be used to identify someone but not as a title, ie: Hola, mi novia would sound strange - at least in Mexico.

It could be, "Amor or Novio ( masculine) novia (feminine)..
