Using Voy A: For a walk VS To walk

Question

Hi,

I would just like to see the difference in how to say:

I'm going for a walk

...and

I'm going to walk

I understand the second sentence is said as: Yo voy a caminar. How do I say the first?

Voy a dar un paseo: I am going for a walk.

Voy a caminar/andar= I am going to wallk

Answer 2

Voy a darme una vuelta. -- I'm going for a little stroll.
