What is the difference between "de la noche" and "por la noche"?
When can I use "de la" noche and "por la" noche? Any diffenence?

Use 'por la noche' to speak generally about the night ie 'at night' (generally) but 'de la noche' when you're being more specific, eg. if you give a specific time, 11 de la noche.
You might find the info in this book helpful as I mention that information towards the end of the book.
Los vampiros son de la noche y solamente aparecen por la noche. ( Vampires are of the night and only appear at night).
The difference is that "de la noche" normally complements a noun clause and "por la noche" complements a verb clause, as Annie has mentioned:
"Los vampiros son de la noche (nominal) y solamente aparecen por la noche (verbial)."
