I'm alone. When is always alone I shall always be alone

Question

I am not quite sure about the accurate translation of the above statement by philosopher and French writer Madame Simone de Beauvoir.

This is what I think is the right translation:

Estoy sola. Cuando hay soledad, siempre estaré en soledad.

What confuses me more is the mid sentence: When is always alone... Maybe another way of saying When there is loneliness or While loneliness exists...

What do you think ? I would thank from the heart any suggestions.

I have made a heroic effort to find the French original version:

« Je suis seule. On est toujours seul. Je serais toujours seule » écrit-elle dans son journal alors qu'elle est âgée de vingt ans.

I'm alone. One is always alone. I will always be alone.

Estoy sola. Uno siempre está solo. Siempre estaré sola.

This is a good interpretation of the idea. The English variant in yout title doesn´t make sense to me.
