Hi, from the lyrics I looked at he is saying the past is behind you and it's never too late to begin enjoying life in the present.

For example:

Ohh ohhh nunca es demasiao tarde pa comerte la vida

De un solo bocao

El pasado ya se fue y el presente camina de tu lao

"Oh its never too late for partaking of life.. The past already left and the present road is at your side" or maybe "the present path is in front of you"..

Whatever, thats the gist anyways. That's not a totally proper translation, probably slightly incorrect actually, but its my feeling/take on what he's getting at anyways. Sorry I can't actually translate the song properly, my spanish isn't good enough.

If you like that song you should check out his album "Ingravitto", it's excellent, probably my favorite album by him. He's very upbeat and fun and his singing style is sort of unique, he often twists words when signing into made up sounds.
