ReyMisterioso is right - if this is a question.
If it is a statement, then it is "like you ....."
Your final tomorrow will suffer if you don´t use proper punctuation and capitalization. Good luck.

It literally means "How are you", but because it uses the verb ser, it means, as Rey said, "what are you like?"
If you said "¿Cómo estás?", you are asking about your present condition. Usually answered by "Bien, gracias".
