Ok. So i can speak Spanish very good and i know how to use these. But i heard a song that said "Me lo sé." I didn't understand why it said that and not just "Lo sé." I know there is a reason but i don't know what. Please help. And also if you can tell me additional uses of the words that would be so helpful. Thank you!

In this case me is only for emphasis and it may be there just to fill space in the time of the song, but it is gramatically OK.

Where we really would use me would be in a situation that the outcome affects the speaker while the action affects the indirect object, ie: No te me pierdas las llaves. Here the speaker tells someone not to loose the keys with the nuanace that if they are lost, it will affect him. It doesn´t necessarily indicate that the keys are his.

Or, you tell your girlfriend you don´t want her to cut her hair: Por favor, no te me vayas a cortar el pelo. Clearly the hair is not yours, but you will be affected by the action.
