Nine letter word Challenge - 30

Question

Nine letter word games are very popular in the English speaking world.

The idea is to make words of 3 or more of the given letters.

Usually it is possible to find a 9 letter word.

These are the letters for this challenge.

The letter highlighted must be used. E

Find an English or Spanish word and then write a sentence in English and Spanish.

Example:

This was a true feat of engineering.

Esta fue una verdadera hazaña de la ingeniería.

After the first 10 answers my nine letter word ends the challenge and the poster get 20 points eventually.

tabicar (poner o levantar un tabique) - to brick up (con ladrillos)/ to board up (con madera)

El cliente no quería que la puerta estuviese allí así que no quedó más remedio que tabicarla y abrir otra al lado.

The client did not want the door to be there so there was no choice but to brick it up and open another next to it.
