Hasta este año, yo (1) (ser) he sido sedentaria. (2) (pasar) habia pasado mis ratos libres enfrente de la televisión o en un cine. Jamás me (3) (interesar) habia interesado los deportes y como consecuencia (as a result) (4) (aumentar) haya aumentado mucho de peso. Pero este año (5) (decidir) he decidido cambiar todo eso. (6) (comenzar) he comenzado a hacer ejercicio en un gimnasio y (7) (aprender) he aprendido a nadar. Mi madre cree que no es verdad que yo (8) (hacer) haya hecho tantos cambios (changes) en mi vida y que yo (9) (bajar) haya bajado de peso. La próxima vez (next time) que me vea, ella se va a dar cuenta (realize) de que yo sí (10) (seguir) he seguido una vida saludable.

Like Bandit, I think they all look pretty good.

The only one I´m not sure about is number 4, for which I don´t understand the use of subjunctive. I´d have used había.

Caveat, I´m studying the very same thing tonight, so my level is not at all authoritative.

I´m just questioning for my own understanding too.

I am not a native but from what I see you have done very well.

The only suggestion I have is to say "that I have followed a healthy lifestyle".
"que he seguido un estilo de vida saludable".
