Are "normal" Christmas traditions in Hispanic countries different from the "normal" traditions in the United States?

En España el día 24 de Diciembre y el 31 solemos pasarlo con la familia, cenamos en casa de un familiar, pasamos el día con ellos, salimos de fiesta, y el día 31 de Diciembre a las 24.00 suenan las 12 campanadas y comemos 12 uvas como símbolo de buena suerte para el año próximo, después salimos con amigos a pasarlo bien.
Voy a intentar decirlo en Ingles jaja.

In Spain on December 24 and 31 we usually spend with the family, we had dinner at a relative's house, we spent the day with them, we go out to party, and on December 31 at 24.00 the 12 chimes sound and eat 12 grapes as a symbol of good luck for next year, then we went out with friends to have fun.

Sorry, I haven't tried correcting on this forum and do not know how to add colours etc. We usually spend is better before the date and you have mixed the tenses so I have changed them to the present tense as you are reporting what you usually do. You also missed out the subject re eating grapes. As far as 'party' you can go out to party when you are just going out enjoying yourself but if at Christmas you spend time at a particular party, perhaps at a relatives home you say: Either 'we have a party' if you help with it or 'we go to a party' Sounds fun!
