One o'clock
Two o'clock
Three o'clock etc
12 pm = 12 o'clock, midday, lunch time, noon
12 am = 12 o'clock, midnight

It's six o five. Son seis y cinco.
When people say the time like that O is pronounced exactly as the letter in the alphabet, "...m n O p...".
You may also here this said as:
it's 5 after 6.

Good clarification. As in o'clock. It's difficult to determine what the original question was . I assumed they meant to say how to tell the time, not read the clock. I tried to list a few examples that you don't hear used in Spanish. - dennywells, Nov 29, 2013

Aquí están unos ejemplos de cómo decir el tiempo qué no son común en Español.
What time you got? ¿Qué hora es? No es English muy correcto pero usado mucho.
It's half past twelve. Son doce y media
It's one o'clock. Es la una.
It's quarter till seven. Es cuarto para las siete
It's six o five. Son seis y cinco.
