The answers you have received are correct. However, we have a 2 year old in the house and whenever she cries we always ask her. Who was/did/caused it? ¿Quién fue?

She sometimes takes the blame but only with a finger to her chest and "Yo". - gringojrf, Nov 27, 2013

I believe it is the difference is normal and by accident.

El arroz está listo. ¿Quién lo hizo?

La lámpera está quebrada. ¿Quién se lo hizo?

Hola Andrednue. I am guessing that "lampera" is "lámpara", and that "esta" is "está". But what is "cabrada"? Looks like a participle for a verb "cabrar", but I find no such verb anywhere I look. - Esteban3304, Nov 27, 2013
quebrada misspelled. Thanks for catching that. - 00551866, Nov 27, 2013

"¿Qué te pasa, niña...quién te lo hizo?" Depende de lo ocurrido.

I don't think you need the "se" in there.

Creo que "¿Quién lo hizo?" esté bien.

If the question is who's to blame then, ¿Quién tiene la culpa?

You would need a tilde since it's a question: ¿Quién .... - Esteban3304, Nov 27, 2013
Made the change, thanks. - dennywells, Nov 27, 2013
