Shopping habbits and money phrases
I have a writing assessment tomorrow and I want to say "Depending on what I need to buy, I will either go to Westfield, a huge shopping centre in the city, or to Kingston, a small town near my house." Is this the correct translation: "Dependiendo de lo que necesito para comprar, iré a o bien Westfield, un enorme centro comercial en la ciudad, o bien Kingston, un pueblo pequeño cerca de mi casa"?
I also would like to write "My dilemma is that I love to buy things, but I hate spending money, I wish that I could be a child again so that my parents would pay for everything for me. However, I don't think that this could be possible because their bills would be through the roof."

You have given us a very big task. Please break it up into smaller sections, hardly anybody wants to spend an hour in making a single answer.. I have selected one bit:
The only annoying thing about Westfield is that it is quite far away, if only I lived nearer, then it would perfect":
