Study Abroad for College

Question

¡Hola! My name is Jessica, and I was wondering what the SpanishDict members thought of the Study Abroad program for college. I was considering it, and I was wondering what you would need to do if you were to do this, if anyone knows anything about it. I don't know much, and also, I would like opinions from all kinds of people about whether or not it would be a good choice because I really have no clue. I'm thinking of going from an English speaking environment to a Spanish speaking environment by the way. I want to know what you all think of this.. Thanks to all who give a say in what you think! It really really means a lot!

I suggest that you know enough Spanish to learn using only Spanish without relying on English. You do not need to be fluent but you should be good enough to hold a conversation with a 4 or 5 year old child.
