Someone who you admire
Hello friends, I need your help to correct the following text in english because my english is really bad.
I have to talk to someone I admire for an exam at the academy. First I'll post the text I want in English and then the original text in Spanish. Thank you very much 
"I'm going to talk about my best friend Javier, He have brown eyes, black long hair and you are wondering, why he admires his friend? well, this is easy to answer, in my opinion He is maybe the boy with more tolerance in the world because when we met in the school, when we were young about eleven... twelve years ago the children always, every day they were laughing from us, or they mocked him, and I just wanted to protect him and maybe he is one of de reasons beacuse I am a cop because from that time, I've always wanted to protect and help people and when the children mocked him he always said "don`t worry about me they're childrens" or "it's not really matters to me" and this is very impresive to me because he was never angry, he never cried and this for a kid is amazing. To finish I only want to say he has always been by my side and I admire him because all of this"

"Voy a hablar sobre mi mejor amigo Javier, él tiene ojos marrones, pelo largo y negro y os estaréis preguntando, ¿Por qué él admira a su amigo? Bueno, es fácil de responder. En mi opinión él es quizás el chico con mas tolerancia en el mundo, porque cuando nos conocimos en el colegio, cuando éramos pequeños hace once... doce años los niños siempre, todos los días, se reían de nosotros o se burlaban de él, y yo solo quería protegerle y quizás él es una de las razones por las que soy policía, porque desde ese momento siempre he querido proteger y ayudar a las personas, y cuando los niños se burlaban de él, él siempre decía “no te preocupes por mi son niños” o “Esto realmente no me importa” y esto es impresionante para mí, porque él nunca se enfadaba, él nunca lloraba y para un niño eso es asombroso. Para finalizar solo puedo decir que él siempre ha estado a mi lado y le admiro por todo esto”

¡Vas por muy buen camino! Solamente quisiera hacer algunas sugerencias. He cambiado un poco el orden del párrafo para que fluya mejor (en mi opinión).

Well, this is easy to answer; in my opinion he may be the most tolerant boy (person) in the world. I say this because when we met in school, eleven or twelve years ago, the children would laugh at us or mock him. When they did this I just wanted to protect him, but he would say, "Don't worry about me, they're (just) children", or, "This really doesn't matter to me" It is/was very impressive to me that he never got angry or cried. For a kid this is amazing! Since that moment I have always wanted to protect and help people; maybe this is one of the reasons I became a cop. Finally, I want to say that he has always been (stood) by my side and I admire him because of all of this.
