Pumkin has given you a perfect word for word translation, which any translator machine can do by your typing the words into it, but what it really means is: I feel very good being with you.
It could indicate for the moment or a long period of time, depending on context.

Me siento = I feel (infinitive of "sentirse")
muy = very
bien = good/well
a = at (or "by" in this case)
tu = possessive pronoun "your"
lado = side
