I'm guessing you are just learning the present tense.

What you need to do (in the present tense) is

1) Drop the AR ER or IR,

2) Add the ending that matches your subject

So AR would:

Yo hablo --- I talk / hablas --- You talk / Él habla --- He talks / Ella habla --- She talks / Usted habla --- You (formal) talk / Nosotros hablamos --- We talk / Vosotros hablaís --- You all/Y'all/you guys talk (only use this one in Spain) / Ellos/as hablan --- They talk / Ustedes hablan --- You all talk

We do this a little in English if it helps (with he talks), but over time we have dropped the other endings.

I hope this helps illustrate the concept for you! Learn those endings. If you need more help, please check out some articles on this sight.

¡Buen Suerte!

That is a question that has a lot of rules and exceptions so research them and learn the differences. Having said that, the 3 most important things you must know in order to conjugate a verb is the infinitive ending (-ar, -er, -ir), whether or not the verb is regular or irregular and whether or not there are any stem-changes(which you'll learn).Conjugation is easy because it is mostly pattern based with a few exceptions. Each tense has its own set of endings that make the verb tense very easy to recognize. The 2 basic components of a verb conjugation is the root(i.e. hablar..... habl=root, -ar=infinitive ending)
