¿Cual es la correcta traducción al ingles de DESVIACIÓN DE PROCESO? es para un formato en una empresa.

A very common term in manufacturing engineering is Process Deviation, and I am pretty sure that is what this is (but not absolutely sure). Note though, that that would be the equivalent, literally, of deviation "OF" process, a literal translation could also yield deviation "FROM" process, since "de" can be "from" or "of".
If the latter, then my term of Process Deviation, no matter how common in English, would be wrong.

Diversion process? Or deviation from the process. But these are just guesses.
