¿Soñar + subjunctivo?

¿Qué tal?
En mi clase de español hoy escribí:
Le sueño que...
I meant that it is my dream for him/her that
1) Yeah, weird sentence construction. I understand that basically anything would have made more sense (desear, querer, ójala que ...), but but I'm just really curious, would the verb in the dependent clause be subjunctive? I think so because it is a desire...

It´s not so much a weird sentence as it is an incomplete sentence, but based on the little context provided, the missing verb in the missing clause would probably be in subjunctive, ie: Mi deseo es que él/ella (verbo subjuntivo).
