Can't log out

I see several have asked this question but I did not find an answer. I can not log off of the website. Yes I see the button at the top that says "log off" I click it and nothing happens. I close my browser and open it back up, go to the website, and I am still logged in. I have restarted my computer. Cleaned off the cookies etc. but I still can not log off. If anyone else has had this problem and figured it out, please let me know.

I was able to. In fact, I couldn't get back in until just now, because I didn't know my log in info since I was always logged on. It will probably say that you are logged out at the top, but you will be on the same page. Try it and see what happens.

sorry, no not that simple. All it does when I hit log out is go to the translate page but My profile is still open. :( - deedeegill72, Nov 13, 2013
