Can someone check my Grammar ????

Well this is what I came up with

1. Omar y Antonio almuerzan restaurante japonés.

2. Usted no puede ver la película porque no encuentran el cine. (this one struggle me the most)

3. Ellas cierran las ventanas.

4. Yo vuelvo residencia estudiantil seis de la tarde

5. Nosotras dormimos ocho horas

Before we get into detailed help, I notice that you have one problem in common with all of them. You are not adding any articles or other connective words needed

For instance, in the first, you can't just say,

Omar y Antonio almuerzan restaurante japonés.

You have to say something like

Omar y Antonio almuerzan en un restaurante japonés.

Use that as an example and add a bit to your other answers, and then we call all help more.

Here are my redo....

2) Usted no puede ver la película porque no encuentran en el cine.

3) Ellas cierran las ventanas. ( I think this sound correct and need no change)

4) Yo vuelvo en la residencia estudiantil seis a de la tarde

5)Nosotras dormimos al ocho horas

Some over all feedback:

3) looks good

2) I'm not sure about, but I'd say "Usted no puede ver la película porque no se encuentra en el cine", but I don't know if there are other ways of saying it. You might want to wait for more advanced speakers to check it.

4) remember that you can't just say "seis de la tarde". To say "at ___" you must say "a las ______". For example, "I returned at 6" = "Volví a las seis".

With that in mind, try to rephrase No. 4.

5) To say "For ____" in the sense of "For a period of time" you use "por", not "al". So you'd say "Dormimos por ocho horas".
