the position of a subject in a question

I know the position of a subject in a Spanish interrogative sentence is very flexible, but how flexible it is still confuses me. I read the following sentences today and the same subject "alguien" is placed at the beginning, after the verb, and at the end of the sentence respectively.

(1) Does anyone have a pencil?

--> ¿Alguien tiene un lápiz?

(2) Did anyone come to the meeting?

--> ¿Vino alguien a la reunión?

(3) Did someone say my name?

--> ¿Dijo mi nombre alguien?

So, does it mean that a subject can be put in any of the three positions?

Take "Does anyone have a pencil?" as an example. Besides "¿Alguien tiene un lápiz?", are the following its possible and acceptable translations?

¿Tiene alguien un lápiz?

¿Tiene un lápiz alguien?

Yes, although the first two are most common and the third is only used to emphasize alguien.
