We had to use hacer, but I'm not sure if its suppose to be "haces" or "hagas".

Based on this reference (http://www.spanishdict.com/answers/100055/subjunctive#.UmiLG_msiSo), it appears to be the opposite of "Doubt" ("D" in WEIRDO). So I would use the indicative "haces" - Meissner_Effect, Oct 24, 2013

I don't doubt that you do the duty/homework wrong.
I don't doubt that you used to do the duty/homework wrong.

When you say what about you are doubting you must use de, so dudar de

It is not true that they are seeing now the movie. You can use "ven", but this time in Spanish sound more natural with continuos present, like in English

Here is another I'm confused at.

Again, I'm not sure if its suppose to be "vean" or "ven".

I'm not sure :) But based on this reference (http://www.spanishdict.com/answers/100055/subjunctive), it appears to be an "Impersonal Expression" ("I" in WEIRDO). And since it is the opposite of a statement of truth, I would choose the subjunctive "vean" - Meissner_Effect, Oct 24, 2013
