Because only idiots use this and other drugs, we have a phrase to discribe it rather than just one slang word: La mierda que te hace la vida una mierda por pendejo(a).

In English: cristy, glass, hanyak, ice, quartz, candy, hillbilly crack, amp.
There is a lot of meth here. These words are common.
In Spanish I have heard the word "agua", meaning water, can be slang for meth.
