Hello y hola.

I have another one and I´d like to please request a hand.

Tengo otro ejercicio y quisiera pedir un poco de ayuda, por favor.

It would be really nice if someone had a chance to look over my answers here. We have to fill in the blank with the present perfect tense, using supplied verbs, in either the indicative or subjunctive.

I´m not sure on the last one (and of course, could be wrong on others too) Any help appreciated. I¨ve bolded the filled in parts to make it easy-ish. Tomorrow is are second day of class and our first quiz already, so I´m going to try to practice all night. Thanks much.

4 Elisa: No sé. Dudo que yo haya escrito las respuestas correctas. Siento que nosotros no hayamos ido a ver a la profesora antes del examen.

In this one, number 2 is my biggest doubt.

I don´t know what level of certainty parecer implies, and thus rather that speakers mindset, or indeed straight grammar, would require the subjunctive or not. For me, as a gringo, though I accept it, ¨creo que¨ still seems like it should be subjunctive (though I know full well it is not) so I don´t at all trust myself on parecer.

Thanks much y muchas gracias!

You were right with this one whichever way you went. Forms of parecer are usually followed by the indicative but if you want to express some kind of doubt or hesitancy about your conclusion you can use the subjunctive.

And for the second, yes when the clause is governed by a verb of emotion, what follows is normally expressed using the subjunctive.

The rest look good to me too, just a typo with corregido.
