Could someone please help me? Is it " Estamos feliz " or "Somos feliz " Thank you.

Just to expand on this a little - you very rarely would use "ser" to describe an emotion. This would make it an intrinsic part of your character, like being tall or blue-eyed. It is possible, like "she is a cheerful person", but use care in the application of this verb to emotion, illlnesses, and other normally temporary conditions.
