No, it's only words that end in a consonant other than 'n' or 's'.

actually kiwi-girl i was told by my spanish teacher that it's an aguda if it ends in a vowel 'n' or 's' but a llana when it ends in a consonant not 'n' or 's' - cahela, Oct 15, 2013
