¿Por qué usan "nos" en este oración?
La cocina de un país nos dice mucho sobre sus zonas geográficas.

Nos here is just "to us"
The cuisine tells us a lot about the geographic zones.
In English, we could avoid having that object pronoun (us) by choosing a different verb.
The cuisine says a lot about the geographic zones.
I think Spanish prefers the object here, regardless of the verb, but someone may know better and chime in here.
