How do you say "May Have" in this context?

How do you say "may have" as in "You may have won the battle, but you have lost the war"?

Most translations of "may have" or "might have" indicate possibility (as in "It may have finished already"), but that doesn't work in this context.

This "puede" is not used to express possibility. Is "un matiz concesivo" (a concessive shade) as in:

• Puede que tengas razón pero... You may be right but....
