I learned a new word today. Analfabetismo = illiteracy

Baja California Sur posee bajo índice de analfabetismo.

Read the article for practice.

Chile, back in the 70's, had a 4% illiteracy. Not bad at all, considering it a Third World country.

Now, for those that like to think...

Does, a person who does not know how to read or write, know their own grammar?

Does, a person who does not know how to read or write, speak their native language, natively?

Can, a person who does not know how to read or write, learn another language despite being illiterate?

:-D
