Good info by Rey already.
Just a little FYI, subjunctive is not a case (Case has to do with subject vs object, and in some languages, possession or position). Subjunctive, along with Indicative and Imperative, are Moods
You mean the subjunctive mood, in imperfect.
how do you conjugate for the subjunctive case?

hablar - hablara, hablaras, hablara, habláramos, hablaran
comer - comiera, comieras, comiera, comiéramos, comieran
vivir - viviera, viveras, vivera, viviéramos, vivieran
